Dear filmmakers, dear friends of Taxifilmfest,
work on the program for the 2025 Taxifilmfest has begun. You can submit and suggest films.

With the FilmFreeway platform we offer a quick and easy solution for your proposals. It’s free because we don’t charge any commission or inscription fees.
You can also contact us via submit@taxifilmfest.de and tell us about the film you’d like to submit or see screened at the festival. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
New festival formula
In addition to movie screenings we will hold discussion panels in front of audience. This wil be possible because in 2025 Taxifilmfest will take place both in our Taxifilmfest-Taxi and inside a real cinema. February is cold in Berlin and we love to watch movies without having to worry about frozen toes :-)
In defense of Berlin’s cultural landscape
We won, Uber has ceased sponsorship of Berlinale ! Let’s celebrate at the 2025 edition of Berlin Taxifilmfest.
Berlin taxis and the 75th edition of Berlinale are Berlin essentials, they are part of Berlin’s cultural landscape and Berlin citizen’s everyday life. Therefore Taxifilmfest and Berlinale should partner in defense of Berlin culture. We are working on it.
